Special features
- When a project requires special edging, one must be able to choose with the greatest freedom.
- The hollow CMT radius cutters offer an enormous choice of profiles, recommended for entry pieces and the visible edges of the furniture.
- Lower the tool so that the straight part of the cutting head is visible: this allows you to add a decorative touch to the edges of tables, drawers, and beams.
- Pass twice in a row (turn the wood over for the second pass) and you can immediately create the double-radius edge without having to use another semi-round cutter.
- The hollow radius cutters with (739-939) hollows use a smaller guide bearing compared to the hollow radius cutters (738-938); therefore, one more hollow is obtained along the lower cutting section. CMT offers a choice of thirteen radius sizes, the majority with five different shanks.
- Each cutter has a micro-grain carbide structure.
- Note that we can also offer the hard-to-find radii of 1.6 and 3.2 mm.
