- Place the cutter in the center of the wood. When it is perfectly centered, the vertical profiles of the upper and lower cuts are at the same height.
- At that moment, mill one half of each joint downwards and the other half upwards.
- Useful advice: Apply sufficient pressure to make the joint firm, but without overdoing it: excessive pressure would warp the wood.
