The Einhell GE-CT 36/30 Li E Solo Cordless Grass Trimmer is a tried and tested machine for the garden. The machine is primarily used for maintaining the lawn in areas that cannot be reached with a conventional lawnmower. The machine is part of Einhell's Power-X-Change product line. The motor of this cordless grass trimmer provides a rotational speed of up to 9,000 rpm, which is sufficient for mowing tall grass. Thanks to the electronically adjustable speed control, you can set the desired speed for every job. The motor head generates a cutting circle of 30 cm with line (line diameter 2.0 mm and line length 8 m). To prevent back and neck complaints, this machine is equipped with a continuously adjustable telescopic guide handle. This allows you to adjust the length of the guide shaft to match your own height. At the end of the guide shaft is a softgrip handle, ensuring the machine lies comfortably and securely in your hand. Additionally, the softgrip handle absorbs a large portion of the vibrations released. This makes trimming your lawn even more comfortable. In addition to the handle at the end of the guide shaft, there is a second handle with a quick-release mechanism on the guide shaft itself. This allows you to control and guide the cordless grass trimmer even better during operation. The guide shaft can be split into two parts for space-saving storage. A spool of line is included with the machine as standard, so you can get started with the grass trimmer immediately. Line feed is regulated by an automatic tip feed system. On the front of the machine is a handy flower and plant guard to prevent damage to flowers and plants while trimming the lawn. This cordless grass trimmer operates on two powerful 18V rechargeable batteries from the Power-X-Change product line. 2 x 18 V = 36 V. These batteries feature three handy LEDs that indicate the battery charge level. The batteries are available in various mAh capacities. The batteries are not included with the machine. If you already own tools from the Power-X-Change product line, you can use the same batteries and charger for this Cordless Grass Trimmer. Thanks to today's technological advancements with lithium-ion batteries, Einhell has developed a complete product line where the batteries are interchangeable. Within this Power-X-Change product line, you can therefore use one and the same battery in various machines. For example, quickly trimming the lawn edges with the cordless drill battery, or even charging USB products—everything is possible. You can also purchase virtually all items from the Power-X-Change product line as a “KIT” version (including battery & charger). If you already have a Power-X-Change battery, this means you can save a lot of money.
