The internal thread impact anchor fastening system for fastenings in cracked and uncracked concrete. The fischer RG MI internal thread impact anchor is manufactured from galvanized steel. The internal thread impact anchor is a system accessory for the fischer mortar cartridges or injection mortar. For individual fastenings, the use of the pre-portioned mortar cartridges is particularly efficient. When installing with the mortar cartridge, the RG MI is installed using a rotary hammer with a rotating tapping motion. During installation, the mortar cartridge is broken, mixed, and the mortar mass is activated. When installing with the injection mortar, the internal thread impact anchor is manually pushed into the drill hole using slight rotating movements. The various mortars adhere the RG MI to the wall of the drill hole over the entire surface. The impact anchor with internal thread can be disassembled flush with the surface and is particularly suitable as a temporary fastening, for example of machines, in interior construction.

Installation
- When used in combination with glass capsules: the RG MI impact anchor with internal thread is inserted using a rotary hammer and the corresponding mounting tool with a twisting and tapping motion.
- During installation, the capsule is driven by the chamfered side of the impact anchor with internal thread Thread broken, mixed, and the mortar activated.
- When used in combination with injection mortars: the RG MI is applied by hand while pressing it with a slight rotation to the bottom of the borehole.
- The mortar bonds the impact anchor with its entire surface against the wall of the borehole, thus sealing the hole.
