Fischer 80893 Insulation plug DHK 45/60 for rigid insulation 250 pieces
The Fischer DHK insulation plug is an efficient plastic insulation plug for insulation boards with high compressive strength. The DHK is hammered into place using through-hole installation. When hammered in, the ribs tension in the drill hole and the DHK is pressed optimally against the wall. The Fischer DHK insulation plug is suitable for anchoring insulation boards in solid and perforated brick, concrete, and aerated concrete.
Advantages
- The improved geometry of the expansion section allows for a shallow anchoring depth, which also means less drilling is required.
- Flexible pins in the board section adapt to the insulation material and guarantee permanent contact pressure.
- The simple impact installation enables a fast installation process and reduces workload.
- The DHK 45 is suitable for use in pressure-resistant insulation boards and cladding.
Applications
- Concrete
- Hollow lightweight concrete block
- Perforated brick
- Perforated sand-lime brick
- Solid sand-lime brick
- High natural stone density
- Cellular concrete
- Solid lightweight concrete brick
- Solid brick
Building materials
- The lightweight brick is tapped into place using the through-hole installation
- By tensioning the ribs in the borehole, the lightweight brick achieves optimal clamping force
- Temperature in assembled state: -40°C to +80°C.
