- For the water-resistant (D3) bonding and laminating of virtually all soft, hard, and exotic wood species
- Suitable for well-fitting, non-load-bearing timber constructions using PSE wood joints, such as finger joints, dovetails, mortise and tenon joints, dowels, and splines
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications (outdoor areas not exposed to the elements), such as frames, doors, and furniture in, for example, living rooms, offices, kitchens, and bathrooms
Technical data
- For flat bonding of wood, soft and hardboard, particle board, plywood, MDF, paper, cardboard, and fiberboard
- Also for laminating veneer and hard plastic sheets (HPL, Formica, Duropal, Resopal) onto wooden substrates
- Remove wet adhesive residue immediately with water. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically
- Beware of corrosion of metals (e.g. parts of pumps/machines). Use acid-resistant components for machine application
- Consumption: 5-7 m²/kg, applied to one side, depending on the nature of the materials
- Contents: 250 g
Instructions for use
- Apply the adhesive thinly and evenly to one or both parts using a fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm), brush, or roller
- Allow the adhesive to set for a few minutes
- Assemble the joint within 8 minutes and clamp or press
- The ambient temperature, the adhesive, and the materials to be bonded must not be lower than +5°C
- Relative humidity of maximum 65%. Wood moisture content between 8% and 12%
- The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, and dust-free
- Degrease oily wood types beforehand
- Store in a well-sealed container in a dry place at a temperature between +10°C and +20°C
