- Flavor-free, universal, liquid contact adhesive based on neoprene rubber
- For flat bonding or laminating many materials that need to be able to be immediately fixed, loaded, and/or processed
- Ideal for materials under tension or curved work, where clamping or pressing is not possible
- The surfaces to be bonded must fit perfectly
- Highly suitable for bonding and laminating metal and hard plastic cladding panels (HPL, Formica, Duropal, Resopal), veneer, hardboard and plywood to, for example, wood, multiplex, chipboard or MDF. Also for bonding flexible insulation and foam materials, cork, leather and rubber.
Technical data
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE and polystyrene foam (Isomo).
- Wet adhesive residues can be removed with Griffon Cleaner. Dried adhesive residue can be removed mechanically or with a stripper. If the adhesive joint on porous materials comes into prolonged contact with water, the adhesive may detach from the wet surface. Consumption: 2-2.5 m²/liter, applied to both sides, depending on the nature of the materials to be glued. Store tightly closed in a dry, cool, and frost-free place. Contents: 750 ml. Instructions for use: Apply adhesive thinly and evenly to both surfaces using a fine-toothed adhesive comb (1 mm) or brush. Allow both parts to dry for 10 to 40 minutes. Once the adhesive no longer forms threads, join the materials together. Correction is no longer possible. Avoid trapping air bubbles. Firmly tap, roll, or press the materials.
- Process only at temperatures between +15°C and +25°C and at a relative humidity of no more than 65%.
- To prevent blistering due to condensation, the temperature of the adhesive and the material to be bonded must be at least equal to the ambient temperature, preferably between +18°C and +20°C.
- Surfaces must be dry, clean, dust-free, grease-free, and well-fitting.
- Stir well before use. If necessary, dilute to the original viscosity.
