Instructions for use
- Stir manually before use until a homogeneous color is formed. Stirring with an electric mixer at a high speed is not recommended.
- Apply in multiple layers. Preferably allow the layer to dry before applying the next layer. Drying time depends on relative humidity, temperature, and the substrate. For joint, gap, and crack bridging applications, use GRIFFON HBS-200® GeoTextile. GRIFFON HBS-200® GeoTextile must be applied to HBS-200® Liquid Rubber while still wet. Then immediately smooth with a second coat of HBS-200® Liquid Rubber. Always ensure a layer thickness of at least 2 mm after curing. Only to be applied at temperatures above +5°C. A surface skin forms after approximately 60 minutes; it can withstand (light) rainfall after 4 hours. Fully waterproof after 24 hours. Surfaces must be dry, clean, and free of dust and grease. The use of a (water-based) primer on porous, weathered, and corroded surfaces can improve the adhesion of HBS-200® and limit blistering.
