- For the waterproof (D4) (flat) bonding of virtually all types of wood to each other and to many building materials, such as gypsum, (natural) stone, (aerated) concrete, metal, rigid foam and PLS plastics
- Suitable for non-load-bearing timber constructions using PLS wood joints, such as finger joints, dovetails, mortise and tenon joints, dowels, and splines
- Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, such as facade joinery and sandwich panels. Also for less precise joints (e.g. unplaned wood)
- Ideal for vertical applications
- The adhesive cures under the influence of moisture. Therefore, at least one of the two surfaces must be a porous, moisture-containing surface
Technical data
- Not suitable for bonding Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, and nylon (PA)
- Remove wet adhesive residue immediately. Dried adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically. Consumption: 5-6 m²/kg. Store dry in a closed container between +10°C and +20°C. Contents: 340 g. Instructions for use: Apply the adhesive thinly and evenly to one side using a glue gun. If necessary, distribute further using a fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm), brush, or roller. Moisten the side to which no adhesive has been applied with a damp cloth. Assemble the joint within 2 minutes and clamp or press for at least 15 minutes. Apply an adequate coating to the bonded joint for maximum water resistance. The temperature of the environment, the adhesive, and the materials to be bonded must not be lower than +5°C. The wood moisture content must be between 10% and 18% (max. 25%)
- Surfaces must be clean, dust-free, grease-free, and well-fitting. Degrease oily wood types. Roughen non-porous materials
