- The extra-deep, ground cast iron table for safer wood sawing, the miter fence with compass, and the fence that can be set in the high or low position are just a few of the top features of this new table circular saw with innovative qualities.
- TiN coated work table:
- The entire top layer of the cast iron work table has been given a permanent PVD coating of Titanium Nitride (TiN); this provides excellent protection against rust formation and reduces friction.
- COMPASS MG-36 miter fence:
- Thanks to the unique structure of the MG-36, the angle can be set with an accuracy of up to 1/20th of a degree.
- Every part of the housing and the miter fence is made of aircraft-grade T-6 aluminum alloy and hardened steel, and subsequently CNC machined to the millimeter without any shaping procedure. Each aluminium component is anodized to a beautiful colour and finish.
- The stop is tiltable and can be finely adjusted. It can be operated with one hand and all scales are laser marked. The marked stops are -60°, -45°, -22.5°, 0°, +22.5°, +45°, +60°.
- Heavy-duty T-slot guide system:
- The guide system can be moved freely and smoothly.
- The parallel stop can be placed in a forward or backward position. The rear position is convenient for many cutting and cross-cutting operations.
- The longitudinal cutting width can be easily read using the independent dual magnification scales.
- With the high and low stop positions, the operator can adjust the height of the stop to the workpiece for safer operation.
- Worm wheel:
- Both the height and the tilt of the circular saw blade are controlled by a worm wheel. By operating the height or tilt wheel, the worm rotates the saw unit and drives the spindle mechanism. It is the saw blade and the splitter knife that tilt or move upwards together.
- This mechanism ensures that the position of the blade is always correct and precise.
- Innovative, guiding saw blade guard:
- The special transparent saw blade guard offers a clear view for aligning the saw blade with the intended cutting line. The two side guards automatically adjust to the thickness of the moving workpiece.
- The aerodynamically optimized saw blade guard improves dust collection efficiency.
- Extend ATZS15 sliding table to 154 cm: To extend the sawing capacity to 1540 mm
