Sawing without dust generation and without technical modifications to machines is now possible with the Water Kit. The Water Kit sprays a fine mist of water into the saw cut so that dust settles immediately. The system fits all well-known brands of angle grinders. Preventing dust nuisance saves people and the environment. No special measures need to be taken at the workplace, and workspaces do not need to be covered with tarpaulins, etc. With the Water Kit, you prevent dust nuisance, save on additional costs, and this results in time savings during the construction process. The patented Water Kit with CE mark is already successfully in use at various companies.
The Water Kit consists of a lightweight metal housing with an attached protected power cable. This contains an electrical connection cable for the angle grinder and a lightweight water hose that connects to the supplied saw guard. No tools are required for this.
The carefully adjustable water mist causes the saw dust to settle in the saw cut at the same moment and precisely at the place where the diamond saw is grinding; the device also does its work in the smallest corners and in hard-to-reach places.
