- The Jolly Pro-Edger is a professional tool for intensive use, specially designed for mitering and rounding skirting boards made of ceramic tiles and natural stone using an angle grinder and the Rubi Pro-Edger mitre cutters.
- The Rubi Jolly Pro-Edger is compatible with practically all angle grinders on the market (115 or 125 mm). For models with a body diameter of up to 100 mm, it is recommended to ensure correct attachment of the angle grinder to the Rubi Pro-Edger by connecting the threaded spindle (M14) and securing the quick-release strap. Furthermore, for best results and better vibration control during milling, a power of 850 W is recommended. Thanks to the variety of Rubi Pro-Edger miter cutters, we can round skirting boards with a radius of 5 and 10 mm, as well as mitre cuts of up to 15 and 20 mm (depending on the cutter chosen) on all types of tiles, ceramics, and natural or sintered stone. The Rubi Jolly Pro-Edger is equipped as standard with a Rubi Pro-Edger miter cutter for mitre cutting materials up to 20 mm thick (Ref. 16946 Rubi Pro-Edger fine miter cutter 20 mm). For the finest finish and to get the maximum performance out of the Rubi Pro-Edger miter cutters, it is advisable to mill progressively at different depths.
- The Rubi Pro-Edger is equipped with a system of sealed high-speed bearings that protect the bearings from the dust released during milling and which, together with the highly wear-resistant polyethylene guides, enable smooth movement along the edge of the tile.
- To facilitate the working environment and improve user well-being, the Rubi Pro-Edger is part of RUBI's Zero-Dust products and can be easily connected to a vacuum cleaner.
- It makes miter cuts at a 45° angle for tiles with a maximum thickness of 20 mm, and without thickness limitation for chamfering.
- Various depths to extend the lifespan of the miter cutter and make chamfering easier for the user.
- Compatible with 115 & 125 mm angle grinders, which can be mounted easily and safely thanks to the connection with a threaded shaft and a quick-release strap.
