- RUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER miter cutters enable extremely precise dry mitering of all types of ceramic tiles, natural stone, artificial stone, or sintered stone with thicknesses up to 15 or 20 mm, depending on the chosen miter cutter.
- The range consists of various cutters, so that we can choose the right model for the best result. All (miter) cutters in the RUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER series feature a connection of the diamond grains using a vacuum-brazed welding system that guarantees high resistance of the diamond particles, as well as high wheel performance.
- The coarse grit of the TURBO TWIST miter cutter allows us to quickly pre-grind the edge of the material before finishing it with a fine-grit cutter.
- Fine-grit miter cutters must be selected depending on the maximum thickness of the tile: 15 or 20 mm.
- Correct use of the different grit sizes provides the desired smooth surfaces, ensuring the desired results and the best performance of our products.
- The RUBI PRO-EDGER miter cutters are intended exclusively for use with RUBI JOLLY PRO-EDGER tools in combination with an angle grinder. It is recommended to use the RUBI PRO-EDGER cutters at speeds between 9000 and 12000 rpm.
