- For drilling holes larger than 84 mm in diameter, the FORAGRES guide is recommended (ref. 50900).
- The average lifespan of the FORAGRES diamond drills is 60 holes and always depends on the type of material, the thickness, the cooling and the application.
- The drilling depth of the FORAGRES diamond drills is 30 mm (33 mm for diameters of 55 and 75 mm).
- The MINIGRES diamond drills do not have an opening for waste disposal; always ensure that the drill is clean and free of residual debris.
- The maximum speed for using FORAGRES diamond drills is 900 rpm, except for diameters of 100 and 120 mm, for which the maximum speed is 450 rpm.
- For a better finish and longer drill service life, it is important to maintain the correct rotational speed and apply moderate pressure during drilling.
