Description
Proper ventilation is not only important for a pleasant working atmosphere, but is also absolutely necessary in many areas for occupational safety reasons and due to official regulations.
- By ventilating rooms, harmful substances such as paint or
- Paint fumes, welding fumes, dust particles, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide, and water vapor are removed.
- Thanks to its high airflow capacity with high air pressure, the TFV 300 Ex is suitable for a wide range of ventilation applications in Class 2 explosion-proof zones, for example for tank cleaning, in port facilities, refineries, shafts, or silos.
- Aggressive environments do not interfere with this quality device, as the radial fan, designed in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, is integrated into a robust, powder-coated steel housing with a highly resistant two-component paint finish.
- All desired steel grades are optionally available.
- The TFV 300 Ex also impresses with its high air transport capacity over long air transport routes with multiple bends and hose distances of 40 meters.
- Unlike axial fans, this powerful centrifugal fan transports air perpendicular to the impeller axis according to the principle of a centrifuge, whereby the air is pushed outwards and compressed in a snail-shaped housing.
- Switches, cables, and plugs of the TFV 300 Ex are approved for use in areas with explosion hazards.
- Suitable coupling plugs, which are approved for use in Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22 can also be supplied for connection extensions.
- In addition to the frameless standard version, the TFV 300 Ex is optionally available as shown, including an extra galvanized steel frame with robust transport rollers, slots for forklifts, and lifting angles for cranes.
- The transport frame offers you maximum mobility and is ideal for use at frequently changing locations.
